Keep the lines of communication open between you and your employees. This way, if there is something wrong they can tell you before it becomes a security issue. They have questions even after training is over, so make sure they have a platform to get answers from.

4. Meet Their Needs

Employees who feel rushed will try to skip protocol to make sure something gets done on time. Cybersecurity becomes an afterthought when time is ticking away and they are behind on their duties. Make sure they have everything they need and enough time to complete tasks to avoid this cybersecurity risk.

5. Develop Culture

Staff will tend to follow protocol if they know the importance of it and have the means to stick with it. Develop this kind of culture in your business and they will feel secure about coming to you with any issues that might lead to cybersecurity risks in the future.
